Grants & Code of Conduct
Dear XPR Network Blockchain Community,
We are thrilled to announce the implementation of the XPR Network Blockchain Block Producer Code of Conduct and new grant initiatives designed to provide support to our network’s integral members, the Block Producers (BPs). The purpose of these initiatives is to strengthen our collective commitment to ethical behavior, professionalism, and transparency, and to provide financial assistance to the BPs contributing to the stability, security, and growth of our network.
The XPR Network Blockchain Block Producer Code of Conduct outlines key guidelines and principles for BPs on the XPR Network. These principles are built around seven major tenets:
Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Frameworks
Network Security and Performance
Transparency and Accountability
Participation and Governance
Fair Competition and Anti-Collusion
Community Support and Education
Enforcement and Reporting
By adhering to this code, BPs not only affirm their commitment to the network’s health and growth but also set a gold standard of conduct within our community. We believe that this commitment, coupled with strict adherence to this Code for a period of three months, should be recognized. As such, qualifying BPs will be eligible for a one-time grant of 2 million XPR to assist with operational expenses.
It is important to note that adherence to this Code of Conduct is not optional. Non-compliance may lead to a review by the XPR Network Consortium and, in severe cases, removal from the XPR Network. It is our collective responsibility to uphold these guidelines and ensure the continued growth and prosperity of the XPR Network.

Additional Grants
In addition to the One Time Grant, we are also introducing the Block Producer Additional Grant. This additional grant is designed to provide further financial support to active and contributing BPs to aid with their server and data center costs. It consists of up to 4 million XPR or 50% of your data center costs for three months (whichever is less).
The key points for eligibility are:
Active status and registration as a Block Producer on the PXPR Network in the top 30 by rank.
A proven history of adherence to the XPR Network Block Producer Code of Conduct for no less than six months.
A track record of contributions to the XPR Network ecosystem.
A demonstrated necessity for the additional grant to maintain quality infrastructure and stability of the XPR Network.
Detailed documentation will be required to apply for these additional grants. Our dedicated consortium will review all applications based on the eligibility criteria, demonstrated need, and the potential impact on the network’s stability and performance.
Our goal with these initiatives is to foster a supportive environment that encourages the growth and development of our community and network. We understand the operational costs associated with running top-tier infrastructure, and we believe these grants will alleviate some of the financial pressures BPs face. By providing financial assistance, we aim to support the continued operation of high-quality infrastructure and maintain the stability and performance of the XPR Network.
